This impact lab aims to help you take a break from the hustle and bustle of your everyday lives to join us in “Stretch ‘n’ Sketch”, a perfect blend of relaxation and creativity. Our rejuvenating program allows you to step back and unwind through a 25 minute invigorating yoga session with a certified instructor, followed by a peaceful 15 minute drawing, colouring, or sketching session. We may even have some mouth-watering sweet treats for your enjoyment! Release your worries, unleash your inner artist, and discover new passions in “Stretch ‘n’ Sketch”!

The Conflict Resolution Lab: Elevate Leadership and Communication Skills

This is a dynamic workshop designed to empower you with the skills and confidence needed for effective communication and leadership. Participants delve into the world of conflict resolution through engaging role plays and discussions and learn practical strategies typically reserved for top management, empowering them with practical tools to navigate conflicts with diplomacy and finesse. Bike Repair

The Bicycle Repair Service Group is a student-led initiative at ISZL. Our mission is to help our community as well as other surrounding communities by fixing bicycles in need of repair or refurbishment and donating them afterward. Join this impact lab to learn everything there is to bike fixing!
