VISUAL ART ENTRY GUIDELINES

Artist (s) may submit any number original piece of visual art.

  • Any type of 2D, 3D, fashion or lens-based art is permitted, however, your submission must focus on the YFS Art Festival theme of Growth.

  • Submissions may be created individually or as a group. There is no limit to the number of members allowed in the artist’s group. Please submit only one submission form per group and list all the names of the artists involved.

  • Content containing hateful, discriminatory, or offensive language will not be accepted. 

  • The artist(s) may complete an Artist Statement detailing their visual art, their inspiration, and/or their process to accompany their piece. The artist(s) may present their statement in any format they deem appropriate. 

  • The artist (s) must provide their information and submission by filling out a form, using the following link.

  • The deadline for digital submissions is NOVEMBER 20, 2023. The possibility may exist for some selected pieces to be shipped to be displayed at YFS 2024.

  • After the conclusion of the YFS Art Festival, all artists will receive a certificate of participation.

Disclaimers:

  • While all artwork submitted is appreciated, the YFS Art Festival Team cannot guarantee that all submissions will be showcased and reserves the right to withhold any art that does not adhere to the rules and guidelines of the festival.

  • Accepted artists agree that ISZL/YFS may use images of their work for non-commercial, promotional, website, or publicity purposes.

  • The possibility of shipping costs reimbursement exists but will be at the discretion of the YFS Team. Inquire with the team directly.
