Dr. Thomas Punz

Dr. Thomas Punz is the founder and CEO of the SECURNITE group – an information and cyber security company with headquarters in Brugg, Switzerland. He holds a PhD in particle physics from ETH Zurich. After his PhD, he switched to the private sector and worked for various companies and industries in several countries.

He has been active in the field of information and cyber security for over 13 years.

In 2017, he founded SECURNITE as an international, innovative provider for information and cyber security consulting.

During his projects, he was deeply involved in cryptography topics and various blockchain based products.
