Claudia Keller
Claudia Keller works mainly in the area of intellectual property law, advertising law, media law and data protection law. Her special focus is on trademark law and new media. In this area she can draw on her interdisciplinary training in brand management and social media management.
Claudia advises companies from all sectors in the fields of intellectual property, advertising, communication and entertainment, including contract drafting and negotiation, and she represents clients in civil and administrative proceedings. Claudia Keller publishes and lectures regularly on her main topics.
She has already completed her LL.M. studies with a major in intellectual property law and entertainment law. Claudia Keller has practiced law since 2006 and previously worked as a legal assistant at the Institute of Intellectual Property.
