Danielle Johnson Webb

Danielle joined Cary Academy in 2019 to spearhead their commitment to equity and inclusion, as well as oversee the operations of their Center for Community Engagement. With a wealth of experience in senior leadership positions in enrollment management, communications, and development at various independent schools in North Carolina, Danielle brings a unique perspective to her role. She is passionate about building upon Cary Academy's existing equity initiatives and exploring innovative approaches to ensure the school becomes a beacon of equity in the Southeast. She is currently a board member for the Independent School Experiential Education Network (ISSEEN) and for Peaceful Schools, NC, a restorative justice organization. In her personal life, Danielle is happily married and finds joy in participating in multiple sports and cooking.
