Jane Zohoungbogbo

Jane Zohoungbogbo (Na Iyalage Olokun) has been working to create positive change for children, young people, and education in Ghana since 2004. Along with her husband Martial, Jane founded Kokrobite Chiltern Centre, a UK-registered charity and Ghana-registered NPO. Through KCC they now work with more than 350 children each week and are always looking for innovative, replicable, and environmentally sustainable solutions to everyday problems faced by numerous West African communities.

This led to them being the pioneers of building with plastic bottles in Ghana and is the driver behind their new aquaponics, black soldier fly farm, and rocket stove projects.  Jane believes in creating an environment offering mutual and equal learning opportunities for their volunteer visitors as well as those living in Ghana who benefit from their input.
