Kate Bradford

Kate has over twenty years life sciences experience from big Pharma to small Biotech. She started her career as a scientist, completing her PhD in Pharmacology, spent several years in financial recruitment consultancy before joining the commercial business of AstraZeneca. She has worked across many functions including medical affairs, HR, clinical, operational, insights and analytics. Currently she is the Head of Global Medical Affairs Training and Capabilities at Alexion, the rare disease business unit at AZ. Outside of work she enjoys sailing, skiing, touch rugby and the outdoors with her two children Charlie and Anna who both graduated from ISZL.
