Timothy Cho

Timothy Cho is the Secretariat of the UK All-Party Parliamentary Group on North Korea. He's a two-time North Korean escapee who has endured imprisonment four times in China and North Korea. Since arriving in the UK, he has earned a BA in International Relations & Politics from the University of Salford and an MA in International Relations & Security from the University of Liverpool. In 2023, Timothy received the Alumni Awards from the University of Liverpool and the University of Salford. He served as an aide to Fiona Bruce MP for Congleton and stood three times in the UK's Local Council Elections in May 2021, 2022 and 2023.
