Arianna Greco is an Italian qualified attorney and PhD in Bioethics with over 25 years of global experience in life sciences, and a passion for leading innovative organizations to enhance research and care for underserved medical conditions.

Arianna is currently SVP and General Counsel Commercial at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, where she leads a global legal team supporting the approval and commercialization of Alnylam’s RNAi medicines around the world and ensuring solid governance in +26 countries and several distributor markets.

Member of Alnylam Corporate Responsibility Committee, Enterprise Risk Management Committee and Women Leadership Initiative, and founding member of The Boardroom in Switzerland, Arianna is recognized for her commitment to foster authentic, diverse, and inclusive organizations.
