Norman Sieroka

Norman Sieroka is a full Professor of Philosophy at the University of Bremen and a Lecturer in Philosophy at ETH Zurich. He holds doctorate degrees in both philosophy and physics. A unifying theme in his work is "time". He investigates the different forms in which we encounter temporal orders (such as physical time, historical time, time as individually experienced, etc.) and how these different forms relate to one another. His book publications include "Zeit-Hören: Erfahrungen, Taktungen, Musik" (open access, De Gruyter, 2024), "Philosophie der Zeit – Grundlagen und Perspektiven" (C.H.Beck Wissen, 2018), and "Philosophie der Physik – Eine Einführung" (C.H.Beck Wissen, 2022).
