Sophie Winkler

Sophie Winkler is a Swiss lawyer, focusing on regulatory and commercial law matters. Sophie completed her law degree at the University of Basel, 2007, and successfully completed her LL.M. at Columbia University, New York, 2013. Further, Sophie has completed the CAS “Management for Board Members” at the University of Rochester-Bern, 2020. Through her work as president of the foundation board of the Children’s Home of Hope “NAG” in Nepal, Sophie also has firsthand experience with challenges faced by NGOs and their leadership. For the last 7 years, she has been frequently travelling to Kathmandu and supported the project on site.
