Silke Lemmens

Silke Lemmens is a 24-year-old student and Swiss track and field athlete who specializes in the 400m. 

In 2018 she graduated from ISZL and since then has become Swiss Elite Champion in the 400m four times.

In 2021, she won the Bronze Medal at the U23 European Championships in Tallinn with a new U23 Swiss Record of 52.09s, as well as coming 12th at the Olympics Games in Tokyo with the 4x400m

with a new National Record of 3:25.90s. 

In 2022, she came 8th at the World Championships and 7th at the European Championships in the 4x400m.
